Sadoff and Rudoy Industries, LLP (SRI) is pleased to announce that the Block Iron and Supply Company - Architectural Hardware division (a subsidiary of SRI), has been sold in a management buyout, subject to completion of due diligence.
Specializing in the distribution of division 8 and division 10 architectural hardware, hollow metal and wood door specification products, Block Iron and Supply - Hardware, operates locations in Oshkosh, Franklin, Madison and Wausau. All locations are included in the sale, and will continue normal business operations under the sale agreement.
Sadoff and Rudoy Industries and the Block Iron management group anticipating closing transaction by January 12, 2007.
Block Iron's Scrap Metal Recyling division in Oshkosh will remain in operation at its current location under ownership of Sadoff and Rudoy Industries, LLP. The scrap operation will be renamed Sadoff Iron and Metal Company - Oshkosh.
