Sadoff and Rudoy Industries Names Frank J. Villaire to Chief Financial Officer Post

 

Fond du lac, Wisconsin; April 16, 2008 – Sadoff and Rudoy Industries is pleased to announce that Frank J. Villaire has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. 
 
Frank has served in various executive financial management roles over the past 18 years, most recently as Chief Financial Officer at Companihia Siderugica Nacional (CSN, LLC), a Brazilian steel company with US headquarters in Terre Haute, Indiana. Frank, his wife Deanne, and their five children – Alyssa, Alec, Andrew, Aidan and Analyse, will re-locate to Wisconsin.
 
Sadoff & Rudoy Industries (SRI), founded by Edward Rudoy in 1947, is a ferrous and nonferrous scrap metal recycling company with headquarters in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The company, which has six recycling facilities in Wisconsin and another operation in Lincoln, Nebraska, provides scrap metal recycling services and scrap management programs to industry, and ferrous and nonferrous melt products to foundries, mills and smelters.  SRI conducts business in more than 30 states as well as Canada, Mexico and China.
